Delivery cost is calculated based on size and weight of total order plus delivery location. We use a number of different courier services to ensure we offer you the best rate for your package size and location. Delivery cost will be quoted at the time of placing your order.

We deliver Australia wide through a range of courier services. Choice of courier service depends on your overall order size and delivery location.

We are located in Lilyfield NSW with our showroom and workshop all on site. We have parking available on site.

Yes we do! All of our products are available for purchase direct to the public.

All of our products are available to view on our website here. We also have a showroom on site which is open to the public.

Unfortunately we are not able to come on site to measure and quote. Our expert team are able to assist you in how to measure your space to assist in quoting. Alternatively, we can use building plans and/or photos to help you calculate materials required and quote.

Unfortunately we only supply materials and do not install.

No we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for more information.

All care is taken during manufacture and we pride ourselves on using high quality materials. However, timber is a natural product and it is therefore normal to have some variations between each piece. This can include, but is not limited to, slight surface chips, raised grain, gum vein pockets, open grains, and grain splits.

For any faults and/or damage different to the above please contact us directly upon receiving your order. Please ensure to include your invoice details and photos of damage so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible.

Yes we do! For any custom designs please email through details along with any photos of what you require for our team to quote.

In the instance that we are not able to manufacture your requested design we will refer you to another specialist that may be able to assist.

We do not have appointments but you are able to come into our showroom during business hours and our expert team will be happy to assist you with your designs. We also have samples of some of our products that you can take with you to assist in making your decision.

We do not have any minimum quantities for mouldings purchases. We also can do smaller lengths depending on your requirements and our stock availability.

We have a limited number of profiles that are available in Western Red Cedar that can be used externally. However all of our profiles in finger joint pine are made using an external grade glue but would require priming and/or treatment prior to external use.

We have a limited number of profiles that are available in Western Red Cedar that can be stained. The majority of our moulding profiles are unprimed finger joint pine for a paint finish.
