
This Refund Policy (‘Policy’) applies to all purchases from Fedwood (Us), unless started otherwise. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. You agree to apply with all Terms when accessing or using our Services.
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from Us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.
We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, or find the same item or service cheaper elsewhere.
We may offer an exchange on items providing that you have your original proof of purchase, the item is in the original condition in which it was sold and is not any of the following:
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, incorrect or otherwise in breach of Australian Consumer Law then we will fulfil our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement item.
We ask that you email photos of the damage, defect or fault here for Us to assess. We may ask for additional information to process your claim.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty/defective, we will provide you with a replacement, refund or store credit. We will require the faulty/defective item to be returned to us at Fedwood’s expense and we will contact you to arrange this process.
In the event that an item which you ordered is damaged during delivery please refer to our Delivery Policy.
In some instances, we may accept returns for a store credit only. Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis and will be assessed by Fedwood prior to issuing a store credit.
If a return is approved, but on inspection of returned item is found to be damaged, used or cut we will not be able to accept the return and no credit will be issued.
Please note no returns will be accepted for any made to order, made to size or cut items. For any large return orders a re-stocking fee may be charged.
This Policy is not intended to replace or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Policy may be amended from time to time by Us, without prior notice. Any purchase from Us following any such amendments will be considered to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check our current Terms & Conditions before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to amend this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
